We’ve designed our payments system by listening closely to requests from our customers, making this service highly practical and convenient. Make an online payment on either Old TownElectric.com or on our mobile app. There’s never a need to spend time selecting your invoices manually for payment – our system lets you filter your invoices according to the date of your choice, with handy shortcuts for selecting them. Payments can be scheduled ahead of time or made immediately, and we will even process “flat amount” payments according to your instructions.
View a complete listing of your unpaid invoices for any of your Sub-Accounts or all of them at once. Select as many unpaid invoices as you like and proceed to pay via credit card or ACH bank transfer. If you feel there is an error, you also have the option to dispute unpaid invoices.
Detailed Account History
Search your statements, paid & unpaid invoices, and more, with options to view details, export/download, email, or print. You can search payments by Date Paid, Invoice Number, Invoice Date, PO/Job Name, Check Number, Credit Card, and Online Pending Payments. Account history covers 7 years of statements with the option to export your records.
Electronic Invoices & Summary Billing
You decide what additional information appears on your invoices, including CPNs, PO/Job Name, and sub-accounts. Receive your invoices via mail, email, and/or Electronic Data Interchange (EDI). We can consolidate your billing activity for each week or month in a single, summarized report for each of your individual job/sub-accounts.

Waiver Requests & Downloads

Sync Your Custom Part Numbers
