These services and more can be customized to fulfill your needs.
Our wire and cable services are vital to managing your projects through all job phases. We save you time, reduce waste, and ensure that materials are ready to use upon delivery. We help you meet your project deadlines by providing tailored solutions that eliminate the need for on-site adjustments.

Wire & Cable Cutting
Our dedicated wire cutting specialists can cut your wires and colored feeder cables to any length you need to fit the exact requirements of your project. We help you save time, reduce waste, and ensure materials are ready to use upon delivery.

Wire & Cable Paralleling
Reduce the need for separate reels and reel jacks by using our wire and cable paralleling service. EES can bundle a custom configuration of multiple wires or cables onto a single reel (wooden spool or SIMpull™) to be pulled simultaneously. Paralleling cable not only speeds up the job, but also improves organization and efficiency.

Wire & Cable Pulling Heads Installation
Our trained employees can pre-installed pulling heads on a cable reel. This eliminates the hassle of manually installing them later on and gives you peace-of-mind knowing our pulling heads are performing properly.

SIMpull™ Reel Rentals
We rent SIMpull™ Reels which eliminates the need for reel jacks and axles because the outer flanges rotate independently of the inner reel. The outer flanges also rotate independently of each other making it easier to move the reel in tight spaces without a whole crew. The SIMpull™ Reel is narrow enough to fit through 36" doors on the job site, allowing you to place the reel right next to your feed conduit/point, reducing labor costs and time. SIMpull™ Reels also eliminate the need for pallet jacks.

Wire Stacking
When you have limited space, but require specific wiring for each job phase, we can stack each phase of parallel wires or feeder cable in the order you need them on a single reel with labeled shrink wrap between the layers for each phase. Although we can load up to 6,000 lbs on a single SIMpull Stack™ Reel, the reel is significantly easier and safer to move, because the outer flanges rotate independently, and rotate separately from the inner reel. We also handle wooden spool stacked reels.

A-Frame or Loaded Truck/Trailer Rentals
Save money on expensive equipment by using our A-Frame Reel Rental services. We will load an A-Frame with whatever reels you need for pick up. If you don't have the means (or don't want) to lug reels to your jobsite, you can rent a loaded trailer or truck for a few hours from Old Town Electric. We can deliver a fully stocked wire pulling truck or trailer to your jobsite so you can pull wire right from the trailer, expediting your pulls.
